   As the two remaining earthbound members of the Fantastic Four try to get on with their lives, their familiar flare suddenly graces the sky. Johnny Storm immediately races into the air in jubilation but Ben Grimm is certain it's a cruel joke.

Easy Johnny. Them was just jokes.

   His theory is proved to be correct, as the Human Torch finds some meddling kids on a rooftop. He's furious as She Hulk Jennifer Walters vows to publicly defend the vandals, worse yet he finds out the Thing was the one who hired her.

Ben = Traitor!

   Ben Grimm decides that he's wasted enough time. He proposes to Alicia who accepts. But when he asks Johnny to be his best man, his teammate refuses. Reed Richards was supposed to be his best man. He angrily takes to the sky and yells out for Reed and Sue to come back to them.

I don't know if I like this "whiny little bitch" version of the Torch.

   Meanwhile, the missing Fantastic Two are in space with their family. Franklin, Valerie, Reed and Sue Richards continue their humanitarian mission to create new universes as the Future Foundation. But one day, young Franklin finds his power drained.

I broke.

   Suddenly the group is surprised by the Griever At The End Of All Things. She's taken issue with the Future Foundation's creations, and kills Molecule Man to let them know she means business. They manage to escape, but while they plot their next move, Val sends their ship crashing into their latest creation...

Way to go, idiot.

   The griever again catches up with them and after a challenge by Mr. Fantastic, allows them to summon the rest of their former team. Ben and Johnny are transported to the remote planet's surface, and the Fantastic Four is reunited again - along with every single hero that ever graced the team's ranks. What's gonna happen next? We'll have to find out as this issue is left to be continued.

Squad.

   With Disney's purchase of the Fox assets, the return of the Fantastic Four was inevitable. But I have to say I didn't know it would return with Marvel writer extraordinaire Dan Slott at the helm. He of course brings this mainstay series back with the immediate respect it deserves. I've looked forward to this one and it didn't disappoint. I give these two a 10/10.
