Issue #16 concludes the initial "Gang War" arc. Miles finally confronts the mastermind behind the conflict, who is revealed to be Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. Fisk's motivations are tied to reclaiming his power and reshaping the city's underworld. Miles faces a formidable opponent in Fisk, both physically and strategically.
